I have had to smoke since 2016 because of being taken off a drug after 16 years that should had been 12 weeks now THANKS to Dr. Strains I can go all month without having seizurer like symptoms and shakes he makes it affordable and good quality. The best I have found!

We went in Saturday afternoon and customer service was amazing! He showed us all the different products and didn't shy away from our questions or make us feel like a bother. We do not live locally but I will definitely be ordering online. This helps me manage anxiety, helps me sleep, and overall just keeps me on even keel. This place is legit and I've already told a bunch of people about them, you can't beat the quality or price... Plus the amazing customer service... Top notch!

I have serious anxiety that will sometimes prevent me from sleeping. CBD has helped me immensely with my anxiety and with helping me relax, so that I can get a good nights rest. The staff here was amazing and super helpful. They were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Shout out to DJ, who helped me choose the strains that would work best for my needs. If you are in the market for CBD Bud or any CBD products, for that matter, don't hesitate and give them a visit. I can't recommend them enough. They just made a new and loyal customer.

2 stars because the product kept me going and wasn’t too bad, but 0 stars for the customer service. the cashiers in there like never know what is going on. i asked about a sale once that they literally had chalked up on the board in front of the register and the cashier still didn’t know what i was talking about?? nobody has answers for any questions and if you ask for a recommendation they look at you like you’re stupid. if you know what you want already and wanna be in and out quick, the flower will do fine in a pinch. if you actually want people to help you or make any kind of effort at all, go somewhere else.

The staff was super friendly and kind to me. They offer me alot of varieties and was very knowledgeable on the product they were selling. Plus much cheaper than I expected to be and with great quality hemp! Definitely recommend this store and I plan on coming back for more.

I ordered this delta 8 infused suver haze. Tried the first bag and was very good. I was pleased with the effects. Second bag was not the same. One on the top you can see has a yellow tinge compared with the bottom one. No delta 8 presence at all. I wrote an email to customer service and the told me since the bag was open I was out of luck. They blamed it on where they got the product from and said sorry no refunds or exchange. All I wanted was them to swap out my bag with a new one. Not the customer service I was looking for. I was not looking for something free I just wanted to get what I paid for. Apparently these guys do not stand by their product and all sales are final with them . Beware.

I love Dr Strains! The staff is very knowledgeable, the store is impeccably clean and easy to find. I go online and see what's is stock before I go to the store but you can order for delivery, too

Great atmosphere with good vibes. The employees are very attentive and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make sure you leave with the strain that will meet your needs. Always quality CBD flower! It looks, smells, tastes great and is never too dry. I ordered from a few other sub par online suppliers before I tried Dr Strains. They don't even compare. Dr Strains is the way to go! I want to thank the manager Ky and the rest of the staff. They are passionate about their business and truly care. Customer for life!
